What data we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, business details, and anything else you provide through our booking form, on calls, or inside our community.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and how you interact with our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.

Payment information: when you buy from us, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Why we use your data, and our legal basis

We schedule and deliver calls, coaching, and related services. Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you.

We respond to enquiries and take pre-contract steps. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

We send you marketing communications about our services. Our legal basis is your consent, or our legitimate interests where the law permits. You can opt out at any time.

We measure marketing performance and attribute enquiries and bookings to their source. Our legal basis is your consent for non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interest in understanding what works.

We meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Our legal basis is legal obligation.

Who we share your data with

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business. Each processes personal data on our behalf, under contract: Squarespace, for website hosting; Calendly, for call scheduling; GoHighLevel, for customer relationship management, email and SMS communications; Hyros, for marketing analytics and conversion attribution; Skool, for our community platform; Stripe, for payment processing.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent approved mechanisms.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, or as required by law. For example, we keep accounting records for six years to meet legal requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email Mohammed@apricusreach.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
