These terms govern your use of apricusreach.com and any coaching, mentoring, training, or related services provided by Apricus Reach Ltd (“Apricus Reach”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Section 1. Our services

Apricus Reach provides recruitment business coaching, mentoring, training, and related materials, including the programme we refer to as the Apricus Recruitment Operating System and AI Recruiter OS. Services are delivered through calls, written and recorded materials, and our online community.

Section 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services.

Section 3. Bookings and payment

Prices are confirmed before purchase. Payment is taken through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount.

Section 4. Refunds and cancellations

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are given. To request a refund within the 7-day window, email Mohammed@apricusreach.com.

Section 5. Earnings and results disclaimer

The income figures, placement numbers, fee percentages, success rates, and other results shown on our website and in our marketing (including references to monthly revenue, client fees, placements, and any reference to a “100% success rate”) describe the experiences of specific clients. They are exceptional results. They are not typical, and they are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of the results you will achieve.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, experience, market conditions, and how fully and consistently you apply what we teach. We do not guarantee any specific income, number of placements, fee level, or business outcome. Recruitment and running a business involve risk. You may achieve less than the examples shown, or you may not succeed at all.

Nothing on our website or in our services constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice.

Section 6. Your responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to share, resell, or redistribute our materials, recordings, or community access without our written permission.

Section 7. Intellectual property

All content, materials, frameworks, methods, and systems we provide (including the Apricus Recruitment Operating System and AI Recruiter OS) are owned by Apricus Reach Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. While your engagement with us is active, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, republish, or share them.

Section 8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apricus Reach Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or business losses arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 9. Third-party links and tools

Our website and services may reference or link to third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those third parties.

Section 10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
